After two months
If your product is defective and within warranty, please contact the manufacturer, Shop-Vac® at 570-326-0502.
Shipping Charges
If your return is a result of our error, we’ll cheerfully provide free return shipping and send you a replacement at our cost. For all other orders that qualified for free shipping – if the returned item causes your original order to fall below $59, we will subtract the original shipping cost from the amount to be credited.
