SHIPPING POLICY
Shop-Vac USA, LLC, ships orders placed through this website on business days (non-holidays, Monday - Friday). 
  • Free economy shipping on online orders. Free economy shipping applies to online orders only and excludes Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.
  • Additional expedited shipping options may be available at additional cost.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day

Note: Effective 10/13/21, shipping may be delayed up to 7 business days while we are changing warehouse locations. We appreciate your patience.


RETURN POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item with your packing slip or order confirmation within 30 days, from the date you receive it. The item must be returned to receive a refund. The item must be in new condition in a clean, unopened package. Items that are opened, damaged or do not have a packing slip or order confirmation may be denied a refund. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges.

If items are defective, please email Customer Care at customercare@shopvac.com.

Items purchased through shopvacstore.com or directly from Shop-Vac USA, LLC, can be returned to Shop-Vac USA, LLC. Any items purchased at another retailer, must be returned to that retailer. If a promotional item was included with the original purchase, it must be returned to receive a full refund. If you would like to keep the promotional item, the value of that item will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be issued in the same method of payment that was used to purchase the item. Sorry, the shipping charges are non-refundable. Gift cards, final clearance items and items sold “as is” are not returnable.
